Property plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this latest document disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key identifying various parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including designs for marina coverings.
Additional documentation released as part of the current investigative process.
